Good to Know

1) Physical Fitness
One should be physically fit  before to do the any tour or trip. It is long motor bike drive  so without proper driving skills, it might be risk .So some basic physical fitness like  squat, Mountain climbers ( which can be done in home),running,biking , stair climbing,and swiming will help lot to do motorbike trip, so it is highly recommanded  to have a biking skills as well as rule of driving.

(2)Foods and Drinks
While on the tour,  it is highly recommanded you to drink plenty of fluids like water,soups, teas  as well as foods. We will provide the sufficient and hygiene food as per your choice in whole trip.However some private snacks as chocolates bars, cookies are also highly recommanded which you can take from kathmandu or you can buy on the way in shops.

(3)Drinking water
One should drink at least 3-4 litres of water every day in order to get  hydrated the body which helps lot to be away from altitude sickness.You can buy the bottled water all the way  We highly recommend you to carry the reusable water bottle to fill the filtered water or  you can buy the mineral water which can be find easily.

(4)Best time to Travel
      April to August is the best time to motorbike tour in Ladakh because of big thick snow falled in winter doesnt melt before April. It is highly recommand in month of June to August.
5) Altitude Sickness
We do drive in one of the highest motorable road of the world, the highest pass is 5482 Mtr, so there is less chances of get sick because after the pass we immediately  descend to lower altitude.

(6)Travel Insurance
It is compulsory to buy the proper travel insurance policy with genuine insurance company, it should cover the emergency  evacuation as well as medical treatment incase of accident,severe injury or sickness and Policy  should include coverage at the altitudes up to 6000 Mtr .
(7)Bag pack and duffel bag
Our duffel bag should be maximum 20 kg including hand bag. Only the neccesary things should be packed and the stuffs which are not neccesary on tour  will be stored in hotel in Kathmandu or in Delhi.One should carry day pack with you while on the trip, rest our luggage will be carried by vehicle.
(8)Internet Connectivity and cell phone Signal
You are reccoanded to purchase the indian Sim on your arrival in Indiragandi international airport in New delhi, The internet and phone signal works in only some part of the Ladakh and manali. In Leh there will be good phone and internet facilities in Hotel.
(9)Flight to Delhi and Night bus to Manali
After your arrival in New Delhi, we do some sightseeing and we take the night luxury bus to Manali , it takes around 11-12 hours to get to Manali from Delhi.

(10)Sanitation
In most of the place you will get the rooms with private toilet and washing basin.

(11)Government permits
We have to purchase the several  travel permits during the trip, which all are including in the trip cost.

(12)Guiding and staffing
We will have a professional guide  for the motorbike tour.We always drive together with  difference of short distance. The driving hour per day is  58 hours.
(13) Budgeting
 All the  Lodging , Breakfast and Dinner are included in the trip cost except in New Delhi and Kathmandu. So Approx 15 USD per day is enough for the lunch and extra things.
